Everyone is welcome to visit either of our showroom's at any time with or without an appointment. However It's best to book a consultation by clicking the link at the top of the page, especially if you're coming in for an engagement ring, wedding bands, bespoke piece or something special. This ensures that the right team member is here to help you and that we can make the experience as special as it should be.

We like to start working on orders immediately to get your piece out to you in the quickest time possible, for this reason a request to cancel an order can only be actioned within 48 hours of purchasing. Please email and title your email 'Cancelation Request' including your name and order number so that we can quickly action your request.

Yes we do have gift cards available for you to purchase. Go to our gift card page by clicking 'Shop' and then 'Gift Card', where you can purchase a gift card in a denominations of your choice. Gift Cards are first delivered by email with a physical version sent by courier to follow.

Yes all our diamonds (0.30ct and more) are independently certificated by GIA or IGI laboratories for peace of mind. All accent diamonds 0.30ct and below are checked by our GIA trained gemologists and the specifications of these will bequoted on your complimentary insurance valuation.

Crafted Jewellery only work with a select number of trusted suppliers to source only the highest quality certified diamonds and we pride ourselves in only sourcing conflict free diamonds that have followed the internationally recognised Kimberly Process.

There are no limits to the efforts we'll go when it comes to finding the perfect gemstone for our clients. From rare vivid fancy pink diamonds from the now closed Argyle mine in Australia to gradient pink and orange Padparadscha sapphires from Sri Lanka, we can help you source some of the rarest gems on the planet.

Our jewellery is made by one of our master craftsmen in house at either our Hatton Garden or Kings Langley Workshops. All our jewellery is Hallmarked in the London Assay office to assure metal quality and fineness.

When comparing both options, white cold can cost less than platinum. This is because 18ct white gold rings contain 75% gold purity, whilst platinum has 95%. Also platinum is a denser, heavier metal which would mean that with two identical rings side by side, the platinum will weigh more. The main thing to consider is after wear white gold can take on a yellowish hue and therefore will need to be rhodium plated every year or two to maintain the bright white colour. Platinum however will not fade or change in colour.

Yes we love to recycle, we'll gladly buy your unwanted gold. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. As we use the gold instead of selling it to a refiner, we can offer you more than you'll be offered elsewhere too.


Every order and request is different and so we state the expected delivery time on every item page. If you need your item sooner for a special date or event, please get in touch. We like to go over and above and will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

We are unable to use customer supplied stones unless we're able to assess them in person at one of our stores. We don't currently accept customer supplied stones by post or courier.

We prefer to get the right size in the first instance and can send you a free ring sizer when you order a ring from us. Diamond settings are strained on resizing and so it's always better to get it right first time. With that said we understand it can be hard, and so we will resize all rings purchased from us free of charge within the first 3 months of delivery. After this period a small charge will apply. In the event that you order the incorrect ring size, we will resize the ring for you at no cost if you cover the shipping to and from our workshop. Please note full eternity rings cannot be resized and would have to be remade.

Yes we can take your ring size at one of our showrooms in Kings Langley or Battlers Green at no charge. If visiting us at one of our showrooms is not viable click 'Mail me a ring sizer' at checkout and we'll send you one in the post.

Care & Repair

Unfortunately we no longer accept watch repairs, servicing or replace watch straps. We replace watch batteries in store only.

Please phone the store where your repair was dropped in to check the status of your repair. Details as well as a unique repair ID can be found on your email receipt.

All items purchased from Crafted Jewellery will forever receive a polish, clean and inspection totally complimentary and free of charge. For our bespoke pieces we provide a complimentary annual service, which is recommended ensure the longevity of the piece and avoid the loss of any stones. It's also nice to take advantage for a special event or occasion, where you would want your pieces sparkling and looking brand new! Bring your piece into one of our stores and we'd be happy to do this for you. We offer a polish and clean service for jewellery not purchased from us. Visit 'Our Services' to find out more.

Accidents happen! Yes in the event that you loose a stone from a piece of jewellery we can always repair for you. For Items purchased from us this will be free of charge for non focal stones. A quote can be provided for jewellery not made by us. We recommend that you take out insurance for all jewellery items over £1000 and we can recommend a broker in the UK if you need some direction.

Most repairs can be completed within two weeks. We'll notify you of the expected date of completion when your item is booked in. In cases where we can't complete your repair by the expected completion date, we'll contact you to provide an update.


If you ordered an piece from our 'Ready to ship' collection then we will ship the same day for orders placed before 12:00pm GMT. All bespoke orders have different times for shipping, each item will quote the expected delivery time. Once an order is placed we will update you when your order is ready to ship.

We'll update you via email as your order progresses. If you would like an update you can use the 'Contact' form. One of our team will be in touch to provide you with an update.

We can offer next day delivery for domestic orders from our 'ready to ship' range. All items shipped within the UK within Royal Mail Special Delivery postcodes will show the Special Delivery option at checkout.

Yes you will receive a preparing to ship notification so that you can prepare to receive your parcel from us.

The outer packaging of our shipments will always be either plain or shipping partner branded packaging. We'll need to have Crafted Services as the name on our returns address though, just for insurance purposes.

Payments & Pricing

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept bank transfers and Paypal. We also accept Klarna, Clearpay and Paypal Credit should you wish to spread your payments over a number of months.

The price of precious metals and gemstones fluctuates daily, so we our quotes for bespoke pieces are valid for 7 days. After this point an up to date quote can be provided by contacting or using our 'Contact' form to request an update.

We currently offer products by Klarna and Clearpay. See below for more information on these We have recently applied to the Financial Conduct Authority for our Credit Brokers licence so hope to be able to provide a wider range of finance products late 2023.
Bespoke products can be ordered in store with a part payment with a balance due on collection.

Warranty & Returns

Ready to Ship Pieces Unaltered Ready to ship pieces can be returned if unworn and in original packaging including any GIA or IGI certificates within 14 days of purchasing only when sent with a completed returns form that can be found here. If your piece has been altered in anyway this is then considered bespoke and will not be eligible for a return under our 14 day policy. Bespoke Pieces As bespoke items are custom made to order, we are unable to offer a refund. Please take extra care when selecting your Crafted Jewellery piece to make sure you order correctly.

We proudly provide a lifetime warranty on each and every one of our pieces, so you can be rest assured that we will lovingly care for your piece whenever it needs a free clean and polish or servicing. We'll also repair your whenever it needs our care or attention for as long as you own it. There are a few limitations to our warranty to be mindful of... Our warranty does not include the replacement of missing centre/focal stones valued at over £400 GBP. We strongly recommend you obtain insurance in the unlikely event that this stone gets damaged or falls out. Our warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweller for repair, resizing or alteration work. Please only allow us to work on your piece, we're especially familiar with our designs, know the best way to repair them and are highly skilled jewellers will do this at no cost to you. If your piece shows signs of improper care or is damaged in a way resulting from anything other than normal wear, we will repair the piece at cost. An estimate would be provided for consent prior to work commencing. Repairs are free in the first 24 months of ownership (excluding centre/focal stones valued at over £400 GBP). After this time expires we will repair your item at cost, to cover our expenses in carrying our your repair. Please fill out our online Contact form so that your repair can be entered into our service database. Please also print the form before clicking submit and include it within your package so that we can identify your piece when it comes in. We'll stay in touch with you and let you know what work is needed, the time it will take and if there are any associated costs.
