Ordering and Payment Options

We accept payment through the following methods:

VISA debit and credit cards
MasterCard and Maestro debit and credit cards
PayPal and PayPal Credit
Bank transfer
Cash payments
Klarna
Clearpay
Amazonpay

We reserve the right to reject payments that do not comply with the above list.

Crafted Jewellery reserves the right to reject any order. We also reserve the right to reject orders for multiple items where it is clear that the intention is to choose between the items once made and return the rest. As the majority of our orders are made specifically for you, we invest time and skill to craft each piece of jewellery, and we cannot support such a model if items are bought with the knowledge of being returned before they are even made.

Bespoke Design Service

Crafted Jewellery provides a complimentary computer-aided design (CAD) service for custom orders. Our expert design consultant collaborates with our CAD team to produce a model of your design using cutting-edge software. Before production, the design will be shared with you for approval. If needed, you are entitled to one free set of revisions if the first set does not meet your expectations. Subsequent revisions will incur a charge of £100 per set. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will commence with production.

Extended crafting lead times may result from a lengthy design process. Your design consultant will assist you in staying on schedule and guide you throughout the process. However, if feedback or approval for your design is not provided on time, there may be delays in completing your order.

In the event that we are unable to create a design that meets your satisfaction, we will reimburse your deposit, less a charge of £100 for the CAD design time, and the item will not be produced.

If you cancel a custom order once the design has been approved and production has started, you will be charged a restocking fee based on the stage of production, but not less than £250 to compensate for the design and manufacturing expenses incurred. We will refund your deposit, less the costs associated with design and manufacturing.

Pricing

While we strive to maintain accurate information on our website, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, including typographical or technical errors. We reserve the right to modify and correct prices, should there be any inaccuracies or outdated information. However, we will not honor any sales based on incorrect pricing.

At times, third-party information may be included on our website, and we are not liable for its accuracy, reliability, or trustworthiness. This information may include pricing, but we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or discrepancies.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing without prior notice, with immediate effect, unless otherwise stated. Any changes to pricing will not impact previous purchases or agreed-upon prices. Due to market fluctuations, the price of precious metals and gems may differ from quotations. If this occurs, your Crafted Jewellery contact will inform you.

We occasionally hold promotions or competitions, particularly for returning customers. However, price reductions are at the discretion of Crafted Jewellery and our sales staff. Any reduction on one purchase does not set a precedent for future purchases.

All prices, whether displayed on our website, in-store or quoted to you, include Value Added Tax (VAT). As of 2021, the Retails Export Scheme no longer allows customers to reclaim VAT on jewelry when leaving the country.

Uncollected Orders

All orders must be paid in full within 60 days of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After 40 days, Crafted Jewellery will contact you to take final payment. If items remain unpaid, we will assume that the item is unwanted and will add it to our inventory, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Crafted Jewellery will attempt to contact you once your order is ready to collect. If, after 40 days, the piece has not been paid for, we will assume the piece is no longer wanted and add it to our inventory. We are happy to hold your item for a maximum of one year from the date of completion, provided it is paid in full. To hold your item in trust, please make an appointment to view the finished jewellery, as our return policy will expire.
